Welcome back, everyone! I'm afraid that this term, I wasn't able to get back into Professor Christie's lab section, at least officially, and am instead taking sessions with Nora Stevens on Wednesday. She's not quite as comfortable as Jonathan on camera, and so has asked that her material not be posted to YouTube (although she's ok with us sharing here), so you'll find her sessions as a link to download below. You'll notice that there are a few different formats available for her sessions - just grab the one that's appropriate for the screen you'll be viewing on. This may be delayed in the future, as the process now requires several hours of re-encoding in Adobe Premiere to produce, and I won't always have immediate access to my desktop to do so, not to mention the fact that uploading all of this takes a significant amount of time. Long story short, don't despair if you don't see the current week's videos immediately - they'll get there eventually.

The good news is that I did manage to nab Professor Christie's lecture section, and he's consented to let me audit one of his lab sections for the purpose of recording for you guys here. Bonus cool points to him, eh?

I've whipped up flashcards from Professor Stevens' presentation below - I'm not sure if I'll be adding to or modifying this based on Professor Christie's presentation - we'll have to see how the quizzes compare in the future.

UPDATE: Well folks, I'm sorry - I've just finished clearing out the last dozen attempts to upload the first two chunks of Professor Christie's lab (most attempts taking several hours to get to the point of failing :( ) It looks like those of you in Professor Steven's lab won't be very likely to get a chance to review his material this week before lab, as the upload won't complete either at home or at the place I'm housesitting for - Youtube's already abysmal upload service appears to have gotten exponentially worse this week, although it may be a factor of Comcast interacting with Youtube, as both sites are served by Comcast. In any case, I'll keep trying, and will try again when I get to school tomorrow as a contrast, but I wouldn't hold a whole lot of hope for the idea, this week. It'll get there eventually, anyway, so you'll have it for the midterms, eh? If you feel like teasing yourself, the final 6.5 minute chunk did make it onto their servers and is posted at the end here.
